Description

WEARSHIELD® MANGJET® stick electrode is ideal for build-up of austenitic manganese steel or joining of manganese to carbon steels. It produces an austenitic manganese deposit that will work harden in service. Typical applications include dragline pins, dipper teeth, crusher screens/rolls, chain hooks, hammers and bucket teeth. It can be welded in all positions (except vertical down) with unlimited layers (with proper preheat, interpass temperatures and procedures)
