Description

Harris Stay-Clean Paste Flux (4 oz brush-cap jar) is a general-purpose soldering flux formulated for joining copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass connections, as well as brass, bronze, steel, and galvanized steel. The paste consistency is ideal for soldering tube joints, HVAC, and plumbing tasks, offering superior wetting and fast fluxing action up to 600°F (315°C). It works with most leaded and lead-free solder alloys and is not recommended for electrical or electronic use due to the corrosive nature of flux residue. Residue should be removed after soldering for long-term integrity. Complies with EU Reach & RoHS directives and meets federal spec A-A-51145D, Type 1, Form A.
