Description

The Hypertherm SmartSYNC Cartridge or Adapter 85A Drag Cutting (part #428935) delivers optimal drag cutting performance on metals up to 25 mm (1") thick. This RFID-enabled, single-piece cartridge is compatible with SmartSYNC torches for Powermax85/105 SYNC plasma cutters, and with Duramax torches using an adapter for Powermax85/105. It replaces the legacy five-part system with a color-coded, laser-marked consumable that ensures correct setup, fast changeouts, and improved cut quality for both shop and field applications.
