Description

The Hypertherm SmartSYNC 85A FlushCut Cartridge (part #428953) enables near-flush removal of welded attachments, lugs, pad eyes, brackets, and other features from base metal—leaving less than 5 mm residual. With a patented angled bore and flat shield design, FlushCut prevents piercing and base damage, dramatically reducing the need for grinding or repairs. The single-piece, RFID-enabled cartridge is color-coded for easy process identification, installs with a three-quarter turn, and automatically sets up process parameters and usage recording on Powermax85/105 SYNC systems. Also works with Duramax torches for Powermax85/105 with an adapter.
