Description

The Tiger Pipeliner grinding wheel features a 4-1/2" diameter and 1/8" thickness, blending premium zirconia alumina (ZA) with ceramic grain for maximum metal removal and long life in pipeline work. Designed with a Type 27 depressed center and 5/8"-11 hub, this wheel works straight out of the box—no need for chiseling or “chipping” for improved bite. It's optimized for aggressive grinding and facing the land, bead grinding, root pass grinding, and notching on steel pipe. Engineered alongside professional welders, it delivers pure aggression, consistent performance, and extended durability, especially for demanding pipeline, welding, and fabrication jobs.
